Mailing lists - members of WNYDUG and subscribers

OK, I've spent the morning going in circles.  I'm trying to get our members entered into the CRM, and am running into roadblocks.  I can't export the subscription list from MailChimp, I can't seem to view the list when I connect it to the CRM site using the MailChimp modules, and I don't have the emails on the g.d.o list we have here

Can anyone help with either of these two items?

  • Get the list from g.d.o that includes the email addresses?
  • Export the subscription list from MailChimp? The 'export' button is greyed out for me, I'm not sure if it's a permissions issue or a subscription level issue

Sorry about the circles, David. As for bullet point 1, that linked "here" list that I compiled doesn't have e-mails associated with it. The addresses are apparently unlisted, making it necessary to visit each individual user's profile page on D.o, then use the "Contact" option to open a form.

I know, this is suboptimal.

For bullet point 2, I have never dealt with that. But maybe this helps? http://support.nimble.com/customer/portal/questions/331246-mailchimp-export

I can start contacting ppl on gdo with a canned message to sign up on the WNYDUG mailing list. We can break the list into pieces?
